Shipping Policy and Procedure

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.  If an item is out of stock you will be notified of the delay in shipping to modify your order. 

All packages will come with a signature required.  If you are not available to sign for your package at the time of delivery, the carrier will either attempt to redeliver the following business day or leave a notice for you to pick up your package at their holding fafaciltyility.

Domestic US orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.  Shipping takes on average 2-4 business, however at times there are delays with the carrier that is out of our control.

International orders are shipped via UPS, DHL or FedEx.  Shipping takes on average 3-7 days, however at times there are delays with the carrier that is out of our control.

Please note that international orders are subject to import taxes and duties that are collected on top of the shipping fee.  Import taxes will be paid directly to the shipping carrier before your package is released by customs. If import fees are due, the shipping carrier will contact you directly.
