Terms and Agreement
Ordering procedures:
All orders are subject to an order minimum of $400.00 per order.
Order Confirmation:
When your order has been received, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We do not offer net 30, payment plans or layaway. Orders CAN NOT be canceled after they have shipped. Once your order has shipped you will receive another email with tracking number.
Payments:
Payments are required before your order ships. Acceptable forms of payment include; PayPal, Credit Card, Bank Wire Transfer or check. If payment is being made by bank wire transfer or check, please coordinate payment method with a Gemstone Yoni representative. Orders paid by check will not ship until payment has cleared bank.
Shipping:
Orders are shipped within 4 business days. If an order has been placed on Saturday or Sunday, the order will ship within 4 days after the next business day. Orders placed on a holiday will ship within 4 days after the next regular business day. We use USPS Priority with signature confirmation for all shipping. Depending on where the customer is located in the US this can take 1-3 business days. For customers outside of the US, shipping time can be 6-10 business days (and sometimes longer depending if customs holds your package). These specified time frames are only an estimate; sometimes there can be longer time frames or delays in shipping due to unforeseen circumstances. If another shipping method is needed please make request and get approval before order has been placed.
Returns/Exchanges:
Due to the intimate nature of yoni eggs, returns will not be accepted.
Damaged yoni eggs and other yoni gemstones will be replaced free of charge (we do require that you send the damaged items back; we will provide a pre-paid shipping label).
Please inspect your shipment promptly (we recommend not ordering if you will be out-of-town) we require you contact us with in 7 days of confirmed delivery about any damaged items. Contact after 7 days voids our exchange policy. Once you have received exchange authorization, you will have 7 days to return the items back to us for exchange.
Pictures are required of the damaged items via email. Please send clear pictures in good lighting.
Our sizes are different than other yoni egg sellers, there is no standard size yoni egg among sellers. Returns will not be accepted for size differences, please do not compare our sizes with other sellers.
Tiny surface nicks may be present on some of our yoni eggs (mostly the quartz family) and we do not accept returns for these items as it's part of the natural formation of the gemstone. Please familiarize yourself with gemstones, their differences (color variations, textures, polishes, etc), MOHS scale, etc. before ordering.
Product Disclaimer:
Due to the nature of natural gemstones, each yoni egg will be different in color and patterns; please refer to the group pic for a general idea on what the variations are in gemstones. Occasionally, yoni eggs may have natural external blemishes called inclusions; these ever so tiny surface nicks may be present on some yoni eggs, ben wa balls or massage tools. Please remember that these are natural gemstones, not man-made materials like plastic or silicone, are made by hand with no enhancements (fillers or resin) or alterations. These are perfectly normal and to be expected on some stones.
Product Sizes:
Please review our sizes before purchasing, we have custom sizes made and our sizes will vary from other sellers. Please do not compare our sizes to other sellers or crystal shops (which were not made for vaginal use, but rather decorations)
Large: 38x50mm
Medium: 30x40mm
Small: 25x35mm
Returns, exchanges or refunds will not be granted due to sizing.
Backorders:
We keep our inventory updated as accurate as possible. At times, items can or will be on back order. In that event, customer will be notified when order is placed. We will try to give customer the most accurate date for new stock. If the items you ordered are back ordered you may wait for them to come in, pick other items in their place, or receive a refund.
Price Changes:
We reserve the right to make price adjustments as we see fits the need of Gemstone Yoni LLC. All price adjustments will be posted on our wholesale website and will take effect immediately.
Inventory and Stock:
Inventory, stones, products and stock may vary from time to time. Gemstone Yoni LLC does not guarantee the same products or stones will always be available. The most current stock will be posted on the wholesale website.
